Philippe Sophys

Philippe Sophys is currently the Group Logistics Director at THOM, overseeing logistics across three countries and managing 300 collaborators. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Chantelle, including Directeur Logistique and Directeur d'Usine, where they contributed to operational improvements and managed extensive teams. Their earlier experience includes coordinating logistics at Faurecia and leading industrial operations at Chantelle. Philippe holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Logistics Management from Université de Lille I and an Executive Master in Human Resources from Sciences Po.
