Mike Hoffmann

Mike Hoffmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Family Connections, Mike is also a Partner at Thoma Bravo, a notable private equity fund focused on software and technology with over $125 billion in assets under management. Additionally, Mike holds multiple board member positions and investments in various companies, including Qlik, Talend, N-able, Calabrio, ConnectWise, and SolarWinds. Mike's prior experience includes serving on the board of Empirix and as an investor and board member for Riverbed Technology. Academically, Mike holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an AB in Economics from Harvard University.
