Dan Booth MBA has extensive experience in healthcare administration, holding positions in both educational and operational capacities. Currently, Dan serves as a faculty member at Thomas College, teaching graduate courses in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, and Leadership since 2010. Prior to this role, Dan held leadership positions at Northern Light Health, including Vice President of Operations and Medical Group at Inland Hospital, where responsibilities included overseeing hospital operations and developing shared services across the system. Additionally, Dan served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on service culture development and system integration. Earlier career experiences include roles as Director of Safety and Director of Hospitality Services at MaineGeneral Health, as well as Director of Nutrition and Food Services at Marriott International, where Dan significantly improved patient satisfaction and financial performance. Dan holds an MBA from Thomas College and a BS in Management and Clinical Nutrition from Penn State University.
