- Government and the "For Purpose" sector

We pride ourselves on our ability to heavily screen candidates before they meet with our clients to save our clients time.

Thomas Executive was the brain-child of Nathan Thomas, a Chartered Accountant and former Group CFO of an ASX listed business. Forever frustrated with the poor technical abilities of candidates sent by sales based recruitment businesses, Nathan could see a big opportunity to do Accounting & finance recruitment better. Rather than being sprayed with CVs from sales people who had no underlying understanding of the accounting roles in which they were tasked to fill, he setup a recruitment business where the consultants are experts in their field first and recruiters second. Our consultants have in depth knowledge of the roles they recruit leading to superior outcomes for our clients.

For example, if you are looking for Accounting & Finance talent, then Nathan screens all candidates for technical accounting & taxation skills before sending them to clients. This significantly reduces the number of candidates hiring managers need to meet.

We would love to work with you so you can experience a better way of recruiting staff!
