Grace Lu has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Grace started their career as a Lead Engineer at Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd. (GAMECO) in 1995, where they worked until 2007. Grace then joined SIMCO Electronics as a Laboratory Manager from 2007 to 2010. Grace continued their career at Thomas Global Systems, starting as an ATE Engineer in 2010 and later progressing to roles such as Verification Manager, Program Manager, and currently serving as the Chief Engineer.
Grace Lu pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Automation from Guangdong University of Technology, which they completed between 1991 and 1995. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they attended South China University of Technology, where they obtained their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree with a concentration in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
