Elliotte Quinn

Elliotte is a Principal and serves as the Surveying Manager in the Charleston office. A licensed Professional Land Surveyor, he’s been with Thomas & Hutton since 1998, bringing an additional 18 years of previous experience. Elliotte has experience with many types of engineering and development projects, as well as general land surveying for a variety of projects primarily located in South Carolina. He in involved in professional organizations including National Society of Professional Surveyors, South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors, and Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia.
