Garrett Phelps

Garrett serves as the Regional Director for the Atlanta region and oversees office operations, client relationships, and business development. A licensed Professional Engineer, Garrett joined Thomas & Hutton in 2018, bringing with him 20 years of extensive experience in the planning, design, and management of a broad range of land development and civil engineering projects with a core focus on residential, mixed-use, commercial/institutional, and municipal projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia’s College of Engineering and has a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
