David Wright

David Wright possesses extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Ship Inspector and Risk Assessor at Thomas Miller since April 1994, where responsibilities include global ship assessments and reports to management regarding fleet quality. Previously, David held the position of Operations Director at Crescent Ship Management from September 1992 to April 1994, overseeing daily operations of Ro-Ros and a small tanker fleet. Earlier in his career, David worked as a Safety Superintendent at Marine Safety Services from April 1986 to June 1990, where duties included conducting safety courses, auditing safety systems, and supervising critical operations on tankers and FPSOs. David's educational background includes a degree from Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, with additional foundational education from Greenock High School.
