Dave Barba

Dave Barba began their work experience in 2009 as a Project Manager at BAE Systems. Dave then moved on to Douglas Commercial in 2014, where they served as a Senior Vice President until 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in real estate services and demonstrated financial, marketing, and negotiating skills. In 2017, they joined Hogan Companies, LLC as a Vice President, where they contributed to the company's reputation for integrity and success in real estate services until 2019. After that, they joined HB Properties Management as an HB Properties team member and later joined Thomas Park Investments in 2023, where they assumed the role of Vice President of Property Management.

Dave Barba earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The George Washington University School of Business. Dave completed this degree from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Cabrini University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006.
