Thomas Property Group are a well-known and respected family owned and managed Estate and Letting Agents with offices in both Chester City Centre and Waverton.

Our comprehensive marketing, dedication to customer service and convenient offices have contributed to our success in delivering a great service to Vendors and Landlords as well as people looking to buy / let properties in the Chester and surrounding areas.

Both our Sales and Lettings teams take an active interest in your needs and ensure that Landlords and Vendors are kept up to date with relevant feedback and advice on the current market. Our pro-active approach lead to our Lettings department achieving 98% occupancy in our managed properties as well as having let the most properties in the area for the last 3 years. We have achieved twice as many lets as our nearest competitor, including 1 in 5 in the CH3 area where our unique rural office is based.

Much of our business is generated from recommendations from our existing corporate and private owners and landlords in the area, but we also sell, let and manage properties for people living further afield. The number of properties we sell / let is down to a very simple ethos - a great personal service delivered with personality.
