Chaisson Hue

Chaisson Hue has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career in 2006 as a Tutor Leader for AVID, where they trained and facilitated the middle school program. They also served as a Director Assistant for AVID Summer Bridge, teaching and focusing on earth and environmental awareness.

In 2007, Chaisson worked as a Bakery Cashier for Atlanta Bread Company before transitioning to the role of Lead Youth Mentor at YMCA in 2010. At the YMCA, they created cohesive units and taught at-risk students in 6th-8th grade.

From 2011 to 2012, Chaisson worked as an Assistant Teacher at Jubilee!, where they taught bible lessons to 3rd-5th graders and ensured their safety. They then joined Aeroflow Healthcare as an ISRS in the Sleep Department, assisting patients with respiratory medical therapy and answering questions.

In 2016, Chaisson held multiple roles. They first joined Thomas Scientific as a Clinical Diagnostics Sales Support Specialist & Sample Program Manager, providing laboratory products and technical support. They also became a Board Member, Secretary, and Treasurer for Puppet Club & Street Creature, as well as the Asheville Puppetry Alliance.

Chaisson then worked as an Eastern Region Inside Sales Account Manager for Phenix Research Products, providing laboratory products and fostering team-based culture. They subsequently joined Thomas Scientific again as an Eastern Region Sales Account Manager, continuing their work in sales and customer service.

Overall, Chaisson Hue has gained valuable experience in sales, customer service, education, and non-profit organizations.

Chaisson Hue obtained a Diploma from Asheville High School, where they studied from 2001 until 2005. They later pursued higher education at the University of North Carolina Asheville, completing their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Philosophy and Math between 2005 and 2010.
