Robin Slough

Robin Slough has over 20 years of experience in sales operations and compensation management. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations and Administration at Thomas Scientific since June 2018, Robin previously held the role of Director of Sales Administration, Training, and CRM. Prior to this, Robin worked at Brighthouse Financial as a Compensation Manager and at MetLife in Compensation and Recognition. Additional experience includes a managerial position in sales compensation at VWR International and a quality role at Smiths Industries. Robin is recognized for expertise in incentive plan management, data analysis, and process improvement.
