Rooted in Scotland. Powered by Progress. Trusted since 1816.

At Thomas Sherriff, our story began long before tractors roamed the fields — before the first steel plough was even forged. Since 1816, we've stood with Scottish farmers, foresters, and land stewards — through every season, every storm, and every harvest.

From the soft hills of the Borders to the windswept farms of the Lothians, our commitment has remained unshaken: supporting those who shape the land with care, resilience, and pride.

And, since partnering with John Deere in 1988, we carry that legacy into the future — with cutting-edge technology, world-class machinery, and a team that knows your challenges because we’ve lived them too.

We don’t just serve Scotland.
We’re part of its fabric. Its fields. Its future.

Whether you grow, build, mow, harvest, or haul — if you work the land, you’re part of our story.

Thomas Sherriff. Trusted by generations. Driven by Scotland. Since 1816.
