Daniel Donado is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-pressure kitchen environments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since February 2021, Daniel has previously held various roles including Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Volunteer Chef at World Central Kitchen and as Chef De Partie at The Bazaar By José Andrés. Daniel has also contributed as Innovation & Development Chef at Dulcerna and as Sous Chef at Alex Quessep Catering & Eventos, managing high-quality dish production, inventory, and kitchen staff training.
