Hunter Hammett is a skilled sommelier, wine judge, and wine educator with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. They have served as Lead Sommelier at The Mansion on Turtle Creek and Fearing's at The Ritz-Carlton, and directed the wine program at Pyramid Restaurant & Bar, Fairmont. Their expertise was further honed at prestigious establishments in California, including Jardinière, Saison, and Farmhouse Inn. Currently, Hammett holds the position of Head Sommelier at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, while also being a tenured wine judge and educator. Their contributions to the industry have garnered features in GQ, Esquire, and Wine Spectator.
