OUR POWER PRINCIPLES

EXCELLENCE:
Doing all things with a spirit of excellence is an attitude we infuse into everything we say and do.

Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.

HONESTY:

Our word is our bond, and we strive daily to never break it.

2 Corinthians 8:21 For we aim at what is honorable not only in the Lord's sight but also in the sight of man.

HUMILITY:

We know our limits. Own our mistakes, and place the needs of others before our own. True wisdom and understanding is found in a humble heart. In all dealings with all people, remain humble.

Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others

DEPENDABLE:

Be a person our customers, partners, and team can count on to do good work, and do what is right in all situations.

1 Corinthians 4:2 Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.

SERVANT LEADERSHIP:

If serving is below you, leadership is beyond you. To lead is to serve.

Luke 22:26 But not so with you. Rather, let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves

STEWARDSHIP:

We manage our time, talents, and resources with great attention and care, as they have been entrusted to us to be a benefit to others.

1 Peter 4:10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace

TEAMWORK:

Don’t aspire to be the best on the team. Aspire to be the best for the team. Our success multiplies when we respect, and care for one another.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!

GOODWILL:

Greatness is not what we have, but what we give. Be cheerful and generous givers.

2 Corinthians 9:7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

Acts 20:35 In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
