Catherine Walker is a seasoned Marketing and Business Development professional with over fifteen years of experience in drafting industry-specific proposals. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at Thompson Engineering since November 2013, Catherine specializes in qualifications-based proposal coordination and development. Previously, as a Marketing Proposal Manager at DRC Emergency Services, Catherine led a team that secured over $250 million in government contracts and was responsible for crafting successful technical proposals. Catherine's early career includes experience as an Inside Sales/DLA Coordinator at Airgas Refrigerants, Inc., where a significant increase in sales was achieved through effective customer engagement and government contract implementation. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in English and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from The University of Alabama.
