Jake Gibbs

Jake Gibbs is a seasoned Civil Engineering Manager at Thompson Engineering since August 2001, responsible for overseeing all Civil Engineering Design activities. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant County Engineer for Baldwin County, Alabama, from April 1998 to August 2001, where responsibilities encompassed public relations, budgeting, and various engineering projects. Jake began their career as a Project Engineer and Project Manager at Woolpert from February 1993 to April 1998, focusing on site development, transportation, and drainage, and gained international experience while working with the United States Army Corps of Engineers in South America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama, obtained from 1990 to 1993, and studies at Pensacola Junior College from 1989 to 1990.
