Matthew Rogers, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Team Leader at Thompson Engineering since March 2020, Matthew also contributes as a Technical Advisor at InstaCEI. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Vice President at Burk - Kleinpeter, Inc., overseeing operations in the Mobile and Gulf Coast regions from February 2013 to March 2020. Matthew’s career began at Volkert & Associates, Inc., where initial roles included Project Engineer, leading to positions at Ferris Engineering & Surveying, LLC, and Driven Engineering, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama and graduate coursework in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama.
