Thompson Impact Consulting helps mission-driven organizations strengthen performance, improve stewardship, and achieve sustainable growth.

Built on the transformation of Thompson Child & Family Focus, our work is grounded in a core belief: organizations cannot fully deliver on their mission without the operational discipline and financial strength to sustain it. We bring practical, field-tested expertise to organizations looking to stabilize operations, scale responsibly, and increase long-term impact.

Since 2017, Thompson has evolved into a multi-state leader across the Southeast, growing into a $60MM organization while transitioning from operating at a deficit to achieving financial strength through a disciplined operating model. That experience now informs every engagement.

Our team partners with mission-driven organizations, both private and nonprofit, to align strategy, leadership, and operations; ensuring resources, people, and systems are positioned to deliver measurable outcomes.

Our services include:
• Organizational assessments and operational diagnostics
• Strategic growth planning and market expansion
• Financial sustainability and margin analysis
• Leadership development and executive coaching
• Culture and workforce alignment
• Corrective action and compliance support
• Program design, replication, and scaling

At Thompson Impact Consulting, we focus on building strong foundations, so impact is not just aspirational, but sustainable.
