Simon Webber

Simon Webber is an accomplished founder and business strategist with extensive experience in advising and transforming businesses for growth and sustainability. Currently, Simon leads The Why The How, focusing on strategic development and climate action while holding non-executive director roles at Thompson Taraz and Epiphany Capital. As an advisor at Future Planet and a domain expert at Carbon13, Simon champions initiatives aimed at creating regenerative and impactful ventures. Previous roles include serving as Delivery Director at Artemeter, Chief Development Officer at Mintus, and Director at Mill Group, alongside contributions to EISA's Regulatory Committee. Simon holds an MA in International Relations from The University of Manchester, a BSc (Hons) in International Politics from The Open University, and a BA (Hons) in Theatre Design from Nottingham Trent University.
