Max Silverbrook has a diverse and extensive work experience. Max is currently working as a Lead User Experience Researcher at Thomson Reuters, where they focus on CX measurement strategy and drives the definition and measurement of user needs for customer journeys across multiple products. Prior to that, they were a Partner at BaD Design, where they improved behavioral and decision design by applying insights from behavioral science. Max also has experience as a Director of Research and Design at Ayogo Health Inc, where they developed a behavioral support platform for patients transitioning onto therapy. In addition, Max has worked at Bridgeable as a Senior Design Researcher, at Feedback App as a Behavioral Scientist and Business Strategist, at Western University as a Masters Student conducting research on executive function during sleep, and at the Ontario HIV Treatment Network as a Project Coordinator and Research Assistant. Max also has experience as a Student Researcher at The Hospital for Sick Children.

Max Silverbrook completed their education in a Master's Degree in Neuroscience at Western University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors (BSc.H) in Life Sciences from Queen's University, graduating in 2013.
