Rob Doherty is currently the General Manager for the United States at Reuters News, a position held since 2011. Prior to this, Rob served as the Washington Bureau Chief for Reuters News, Reuters America, and Thomson Reuters from 2000 to 2008. Additionally, Rob was the Vice President at The Hatcher Group from 2008 to 2011. Rob earned a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University in 1982 and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Maryland College Park in 1979.
