Ray Ridge

Ray Ridge is the current Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary at Thor Mining. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager Commercial & Operations at Parsons Brinckerhoff from November 2008 to February 2014. At Parsons Brinckerhoff, they were responsible for the commercial management of the Utilities, Government & Energy Business Group which had an annual turnover of over $160 million and over 800 staff. Ray was also responsible for driving the commercial culture, overseeing project reviews and risk management processes across over 1300 active projects, and managing a support function of up to 70 staff.

Ray Ridge has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Australia.

Their manager is Nicole Galloway Warland, Managing Director. They work with Stephen F Ronaldson - Joint Company Secretary, Paul Wittwer - Exploration Manager.
