With over 22 years of operational experience in the U.S. Navy, Nathon has held various leadership roles, including Administrative Department Supervisor and Anti-Submarine Tactical Air Controller, enhancing communication and operational efficiency across teams. They hold an Associate's degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from the California Institute of Arts & Technology and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Laurus College.
