We are experienced project and portfolio management professionals, delivering projects cross-sector of any size. Our clients come through referrals and stay with us as we become their trusted advisor, supporting them at a strategic level across their portfolio of business objectives, through to tactical delivery of the projects on the ground.

We deliver to the highest quality ensuring the continuous improvement of the projects, the suppliers and the client team.

The work we do can either be as interim roles plugged into the client's internal team, as part of a hybrid solution of in-sourced and out-sourced teams, or as a fully out-sourced function. The key to our success is our collaboration and relationship building skill - which cements our long standing contracts and recommendations from peers and clients alike.

Our work is very diverse and is driven by listening to our clients’ needs and being creative problem solvers, bringing over 20 years of professional experience to bear and providing a trusted pair of hands to our clients.

Everyone that works for Thorne Solutions describes feeling valued for the skills and expertise they bring, having a high sense of self belief in what they are capable of, and being able to flourish in the environment Sarah's leadership provides. This golden thread of equity and inclusivity, runs through the entire team including who we work with and the work we do!
