Akshay Bora

Akshay Bora has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and production planning, currently serving as Production Planner and Lead Programmer at Thornton Engineering Australia Pty Ltd since December 2017, also taking on roles as Production Engineer and CNC Programmer within the same company. Prior experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at BBS Flooring Products Ltd. and a Research Assistant position at the Institute for Frontier Materials at Deakin University. Additional roles include Food and Beverage Attendant at Mantra Group and Assistant Planning Engineer at GARCEM Engineers. Akshay has completed mechanical engineering internships with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. and Cil Nova Petrochemicals Limited. Earlier in the career, Akshay worked as a Business Development Executive with AIESEC India and as a CSR Analysis Intern with 4th Wheel Social Impact.
