Slater Bennett

Slater Bennett is a Staff Engineer at Thoroughbred since May 2022 and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers since August 2017, having held positions as President, Treasurer, and Membership Chair. Bennett served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kentucky from August 2021 to May 2022 and was the Marshal for Chi Epsilon from May 2021 to January 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Fulfillment Center Associate at Amazon and interning in various civil engineering roles with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where responsibilities included traffic, construction, materials, and bridge inspections. Slater Bennett earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, along with a Minor in Mathematics.
