Jeff Smith, CPP has over 19 years of professional experience. Jeff began their career in 2002 at Medecision where they held various roles including Senior Director, Corporate Development, Senior Director, Account Management, Senior Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. During their time at Medecision, they led/supported 3 acquisitions that added $50M in new and reoccurring revenue and saved ~$500K/year in procurement and sourcing space in 5-year period. Jeff also increased client satisfaction from 50% to 90% within 4 years by improving support service delivery through process streamlining and performance tracking. In 2021, Jeff joined ThoroughCare, Inc. as the Vice President, Client Success.
