Steven Mason is the Managing Director of Empactful Capital LLC and the Chief Executive Officer of ThoroughCare. Mason co-founded OnFocus Healthcare and served as CEO from 2007 to 2014, and OnFocus was acquired by MedeAnalytics in November 2014. Mason also served as SVP, Medianalytics at MedeAnalytics from 2014 to 2017, and held leadership roles including CEO of ChartWise Medical Systems (2018–2021) and CEO of Care Continuity (2022–2023), while serving as a board member of Reciprocity Health, Inc. from 2023 to 2025. Education includes an Executive Healthcare Management Certificate from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management (1997), an M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University (1995), and a BA in History from the University of Mississippi (1990).
