Stephen Quaderer

Stephen Quaderer is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate development and financial strategy. As the Founding Partner and CEO of Catapult Associates since January 2019, Quaderer provides strategic guidance to companies pursuing growth, capital raising, acquisitions, and IPOs. Quaderer is also the Founder of ThotExperiment, which focuses on creating community platforms that prioritize consent and safety, with its first app, Headero, achieving over 325,000 downloads. Previous roles include CFO/COO at Stride Consulting, where Quaderer served as interim CFO, and various executive positions at AppNexus, contributing to its $1.6 billion sale to AT&T and preparation for IPO.
