Felisa Houston

Felisa Houston has over 17 years of professional experience in the fields of Program Management, Risk Oversight, Project Management, Systems Analysis, and Software Quality Assurance. Felisa began their career in 2004 as an IT Consultant Systems Analysis & Programs at Ciber. In 2005, they took on the role of a Senior Software QA Analyst at Zale. In 2006, they joined GM Financial as an ITS Project Manager, where they led key business and technology initiatives for GM Financial US and Canada, including large and highly complex IT projects for Originations, Servicing, and Infrastructure. Felisa also trained the Canadian PMO and provided ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring. In 2014, they moved to Nationstar Mortgage as a Senior Project Manager. In 2017, they joined Santander Consumer USA as a Manager, Risk Oversight and a Manager, Risk Oversight QA. Currently, they are a Program Manager at Thoth Solutions.

Felisa Houston's education history includes a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Public Administration from the University of North Texas, which they obtained between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Customer Service: Call Control Strategies, Customer Service: Serving Customers Through Chat and Text, Effective Listening, Listening to Customers, ITIL Foundation V3, and CSM from LinkedIn, Knowledge ToolWorks, and the Scrum Alliance, respectively, between 2011 and 2020.
