Erald Warwas

Erald Warwas has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Erald started their career as a Software Programmer at TRW, where they developed control systems for the manufacture of jet engine turbines.

Erald then moved on to Computer Aid, Inc., where they worked as an Account Executive, managing commercial and state government clients. Erald also served as a Senior Account Manager for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Afterwards, Warwas joined Momentum, Inc. as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they expanded the company's commercial and government business, resulting in a 46% increase in revenue and a 42% expansion of the consulting staff.

Erald achieved operational targets within 90 days of platform adoption and improved transformation methodology to enhance quality and pricing effectiveness. Erald was later promoted to Director of Product & Technology, where they established a service management practice and organized a 900-person production support organization.

Currently, Warwas is the Chief Operating Officer at Thought AI, where they are responsible for the overall operational management of the company.
