Kathy Hartzler

Kathy Hartzler has been with Thought Ensemble since September 2021, and in that time has served as Manager. Prior to Thought Ensemble, Kathy was with NGL Energy Partners LP from October 2018 to September 2021, where they held the position of Senior Accounting Project Coordinator.

At NGL Energy Partners, Kathy was responsible for evaluating, reinventing, and streamlining processes cross-functionally to optimize operational efforts. Kathy also supported cross-functional shared services teams at a strategic level. In addition, Kathy performed digital transformation efforts for on premise EBS to SaaS Oracle Cloud. Kathy provided requirement mapping from ERP integration storyboards to third party systems for Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). Training and Testing for Projects and Fixed Assets.

Kathy is known for their ability to drive efforts in operations and communications to help move hearts and minds from one state to the next. Kathy is a skilled cost/benefit analyst, and is able to evaluate data in Workday, Oracle and AX to facilitate organizational change.

Kathy Hartzler has a BA in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver, with a minor in finance. Kathy is certified in Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Acuity Institute, and Colorado Notary Public from the Colorado Secretary of State's Office.

Kathy Hartzler reports to Lisa Jasper, co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with John Justice - Vice President, Monique Zera - Senior Manager, and Nicholas Ray - Senior Consultant.
