Mark Luigs

Principal at Thought Ensemble

Throughout his 17 years of consulting, Mark has developed a broad set of skills spanning program and project management, organizational change management, strategic planning, business process analysis, vendor management, strategic sourcing/outsourcing, infrastructure management, and systems implementation.

Mark began his career in consulting with Accenture, focusing primarily on large global companies in the telecommunications, computer hardware, and media industries. He continued his career with Sendero Consulting, focusing primarily on the electric utility, gas utility, and oil & gas refining industries. Since joining Thought Ensemble, Mark has worked in the insurance, mining, and industrial manufacturing industries.

With experience across many different industries, Mark’s primary expertise is leading complex program management on large scale ERP system implementations and infrastructure management programs. Guiding the efforts to find balance between all the complexities of the people, the processes, and the technology is what drives his passion for consulting.

Mark has a BBA in Management Information Systems from Baylor University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Outside of work, his passions include playing golf, working on home projects, and spending time with wife and young son.
