Beth Hauser

Beth Hauser is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Resource Management at Thought Logic Consulting since September 2024. In this role, Beth develops innovative recruitment strategies, utilizes data to optimize hiring processes, and focuses on diversity and inclusion while enhancing employer branding and resource allocation. Previously, Beth held progressive positions at eCapital Advisors, including Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead, where responsibilities included collaborating with partners to implement hiring strategies aligned with company growth initiatives. Earlier experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Robert Half Technology involved sourcing and evaluating candidates while maintaining strong relationships with them. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University.
