Cedric Ng

Cedric Ng is a seasoned Cloud Support Engineer at Thought Machine since June 2020, specializing in the Vault Core Banking Platform, utilizing cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes and PostgreSQL, while managing SaaS clusters across AWS and GCP with Terraform. Previously, as an Engineering Support Analyst at MediaMath from December 2017 to June 2020, Cedric provided Level-2 support for the TerminalOne Marketing OS platform, managed incident lifecycles, and automated reporting using Python. Prior experience at Apple included roles as a Subject Matter Expert and Allocation Execution Specialist in Supply Demand Execution, where Cedric collaborated on supply chain processes, managed new product launches, and developed reporting tools using Tableau. Cedric's career began with internships in iOS application development and SharePoint development, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University.
