Jack Follows

Jack Follows is an experienced Client Success Manager at Thought Machine, where responsibilities include driving growth for strategic customers across EMEA on a core banking and payments platform. With a proven background in client delivery as a manager, Jack has led expert teams to deliver complex products on the Vault Platform, engaging with Tier 1 clients primarily across Europe, MENA, and North America. Previously, Jack held significant roles at IBM, including Managing Consultant for Financial Services and Project Manager for Cloud Modernisation, contributing to major cloud migration projects for tier 1 UK banks. Additional experience includes a role as Delivery Manager for cloud migration at Lloyds Banking Group and an assistant accountant position at Inchcape UK. Jack holds a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting and a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
