We are a group of therapists in San Francisco and Marin Counties who believe that taking time out of your day to self-reflect and practice self-care is an amazing gift to give yourself and we feel honored to be a part of that process with you. We also believe that all people have a desire and tendency for self-improvement and growth and in keeping that in mind we help clients improve their quality of life, however that may be. We work with a lot of people who are feeling stuck in their lives and are looking for more direction. Many people come to us for help with their anxiety. Our clients describe us as warm and compassionate. We can relate to people easily and believe in creating solidarity with our clients, all the while affirming their dignity.

We work specifically with people of all ages, throughout California, on issues such as relationships, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, infertility, prenatal stress reduction, postpartum, infidelity, menopausal changes, health management, life transitions, grief and loss, and bipolar support. Treatment modalities include CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment), DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Treatment), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Psychodynamic as well as Existential and Humanistic approaches. This holistic, solution-focused psychotherapy will both challenge and inspire you to grow as a whole, healthy individual.
