Bethan Ashley

Bethan Ashley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and financial analytics. As a Mentor at Founderland since March 2024, Bethan supports women-led startups in Europe through the Compass investor-readiness accelerator program. Currently holding dual roles as a Senior Product Manager and Founding Product Manager at thoughtbot since May 2023, Bethan co-founded a startup incubator program aimed at enhancing early product validation and strategy. Previously at Metapraxis from September 2017 to April 2023, Bethan served in multiple capacities, including Product Manager, where contributions focused on data visualization and management consulting. Earlier experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., where pioneering work on financial analytics improved companywide reporting processes. Bethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Surrey and a Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA.
