Chad Pytel

Chad Pytel is the founder and CEO of thoughtbot, where Chad has led customer success and business development for over 19 years. Additionally, Chad co-hosts the Giant Robots Smashing Into Other Giant Robots Podcast. Chad also served as the founder and COO, overseeing operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Prior to founding thoughtbot, Chad worked in technical support at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Chad holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Drama/Theatre Arts from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
