Johny Ho

Johny Ho is currently the Development Team Lead at Lift Off, a subsidiary of thoughtbot. Johny has over two years of experience as a Lead Developer, React Native. Prior to joining thoughtbot, they worked at Case Commons, Inc. for two years. There, they were responsible for analyzing the performance of direct mail and other forms of media vehicles of the respective marketing directors and VPs to create strategic recommendations for the next fiscal year. Johny also worked with upper level management across Macy's divisions to provide business intelligence on the impact of externalities such as tax-free days, weather, ROP tests, etc.

They work with Jesse Bailey - Development Team Lead, Lift Off, Louis Antonopoulos - Development Team Lead, Lift Off, and Stephen Hanson - Development Team Lead, Lift Off. Johny Ho reports to Eric Milford, Development Director, Lift Off.
