Marko Kosović

Marko Kosović is a versatile designer and entrepreneur currently serving as a Partner and AI Lead at Thoughtcap, while also acting as the Founder of Smilez Design and Co-Founder of Hazy Hues. With a background in freelance design from 2009 to 2015 at Kreative Spectrum Kolektiv, Marko focused on enhancing customer experiences through a range of design services. From 2017 to 2021, Marko worked as a Product Designer and Design Team Lead at Axilis, where they built and scaled design capabilities within a team of dedicated professionals. Previously, Marko contributed to SPAN as a UX Designer, developing enterprise software solutions and engaging in front-end development and content management. Starting at Totalni FM in 2009, Marko gained experience as a Radio Presenter, creating engaging content and marketing campaigns.
