Jay Wood

Jay Wood is the Director of People at ThoughtExchange. Jay has over 15 years of experience in the field of training and education management. Prior to joining ThoughtExchange, Jay was the Sr Manager of Technical Learning & Enablement at Sysomos from December 2016 to April 2018. Jay was also the Client Experience Manager, Enterprise at Sysomos from October 2014 to November 2016. Jay has also worked as the Manager, Client Usage and Adoption at Marketwired from May 2013 to January 2015 and as the Manager of Training Services at Halogen Software from August 2012 to April 2013. Jay has also worked as the Training and Education Manager, MediaVantage at CNW Group from April 2010 to August 2012 and as the Training and Education Manager at dna13 from June 2008 to February 2011. Jay started their career as a Corporate Trainer at NuComm International from November 2003 to April 2007. Jay has also worked as a Wafer Fab Technician/Blood Lab Technician at Abbott & Associates from February 2001 to June 2003.
