Martyn Williams is an accomplished leader and coach with extensive experience in personal and organizational development. Currently serving as a Coach at Thoughtexchange since January 2017, Martyn also holds the role of President at both Kailash Traditional Wisdom Inc. and Enlightenment How, where the focus is on distributing organic products and providing coaching for personal growth, respectively. Previously, Martyn was the Program Director at Life Bliss Foundation, overseeing global teaching initiatives in meditation and enlightenment. As the former President of the Pole To Pole Leadership Institute, Martyn spearheaded a notable project that involved youth worldwide in raising awareness for positive change. The career began with the founding of Adventure Network International, which provided adventure travel and logistics services in Antarctica. Martyn holds teaching credentials in Geography and Education from Bangor University.
