Alphonse Anil

Alphonse Anil has over 15 years of experience in various roles within talent acquisition and operations. Beginning as a CSA at ICICI OneSource from 2002 to 2004, Alphonse progressed to a managerial position at JMJ Properties, overseeing operations from 2004 to 2007. A significant period was spent at Firstsource Solutions Limited from 2010 to 2013 as a Senior Executive and Recruiter specializing in talent acquisition. Alphonse then served as a Senior HR Business Partner at emids from September 2013 to May 2018, before assuming the role of Communications Lead at ThoughtFocus in July 2020, where Alphonse currently contributes.
