A strong leader with sharp communication and negotiation skills, Jenny Rose confidently steers the Digital Operations function. Through her positive mindset she injects passion into everything she does, striving to make sure her associates, leaders, and customers are satisfied and achieve their goals.

With a career in Business Process Outsourcing and Digital Operations spanning 19+ years, before joining ThoughtFocus Jenny Rose previously worked at the ICT Group and Sitel. Her role has gradually evolved from Client Services Coordinator to Team Manager, Business Process Lead, and her current position of Head of Customer initiatives. She played a fundamental role in the set-up, transition, and expansion of ThoughtFocus Digital Operations. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Jenny Rose has extensive experience in process quality improvement and project management in fast-paced environments.

Jenny Rose is also passionate about writing, and before entering the world of BPO she was a journalist. She finished a degree in Mass Communication as Cumlaude. For many years, she has been an active volunteer with the Missionary of Charity supporting underprivileged, disabled, and ill members of the community.
