Norm Ralph

Norm Ralph is the Co-Founder and COO of Thoughtium, a management consulting firm focused on transforming individuals, teams, and organizations. Norm has extensive experience in leadership roles at CME Group and the Chicago Stock Exchange, where Norm played key roles in growth, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Norm also worked as a Business Analyst at Aon and as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch. Norm holds an MBA with concentrations in Leadership and Change Management and MIS from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, and a Bachelor's Degree with concentrations in Finance and International Business from Augustana College.
