Alice Paley

Alice Paley is the current General Counsel & Head of Customer Success at ThoughtRiver. Alice has held this position since October of 2022. Prior to their current role, Alice served as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary for ThoughtRiver from April 2020 to October 2022. In this role, Alice was responsible for leading on all legal risk across the business.

Before joining ThoughtRiver, Alice worked as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Emerging Companies group at Taylor Vinters from May 2018 to April 2020. During their time at Taylor Vinters, Alice also served as an Associate in the Corporate and Emerging Companies group from February 2014 to April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate in the M&A, Capital Markets, and Corporate Advisory group at DLA Piper from September 2007 to January 2014. Alice began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at DLA Piper in September 2005 and completed a Trainee Solicitor secondment with Carillion from March 2006 to August 2006. Alice also worked as a Legal Assistant at Graf von Westphalen from September 2002 to August 2003.

Alice received their law degree from the University of Cambridge in 2002.
