Andreea Pop

Andreea Pop (Bindea) currently serves as an Engagement Manager at ThoughtSpot since February 2023. Prior to this role, Andreea engaged with MHP – A Porsche Company as a Business Excellence professional from April 2022 to February 2023. At Darwin Technologies, Andreea held multiple positions including Service Excellence Consultant, Global Best Practice Lead & Service Establishment, and Helpdesk Best Practice & Team Lead from June 2014 to April 2022. Responsibilities encompassed evaluating and improving business processes, implementing efficient helpdesk services, and managing a team delivering client support. Additionally, Andreea worked as a freelance photographer, a teacher's assistant, shop assistant, child care provider, and translation assistant earlier in the career. Andreea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from Universitatea de Artă și Design din Cluj-Napoca and studied at Ecole Superieure des Beaux Arts de Lyon.
